The Computer Information Systems (CIS) program offers curricula leading to the Bachelor of Science degree in CIS. We offer this program on-campus in Natchitoches as well as online. We also stream selected CIS classes to the Leesville/Fort Johnson, Alexandria, and Barksdale campus each semester.

In 2017, Best College Reviews ranked the BS in Computer Information Systems at NSU as the best online management information systems program in the country based on its cost, concentration offerings, and "wow" factor.
