Sculpture/Ceramics/Woodworking

Sculpture
The sculpture lab is a very well equipped area with a wide selection of tools. Primarily used for plaster molding, bronze and aluminum casting, and welded forms, the sculpture facility offers students the opportunity to explore a specialized direction of personal interest. This artistic freedom has proven successful, and led to the commercial success of many students and faculty.

Ceramics
Equipped for wheel throwing of pottery, the ceramics lab is adjacent to the Sculpture lab. Molding, casting, glazing, firing and decoration, are utilized in the development of ceramic skills. Computation and measurements of both clays and glazes and their working and firing characteristics are also studied.

Woodworking
The woodshop is available to all students for the creation of sculpture, woodworking, mixed media and framing/canvas construction.
