Current Student Lease Renewal

 

As a returning student, please be aware of the following important information:

• You must complete the lease in its entirety
• You must have your lease guarantor sign the Lease Guarantor's Agreement and bring a copy his/her driver's license with the completed lease
• You must have a full $100 security deposit on hand when submitting your lease
• Your lease will not be accepted unless each of the above requirments are met

Please be aware that in order to be assigned a room for Fall 2013, YOU MUST:

• Be registered for Fall 2013 classes by May 10, 2013
• Have a minimum semester GPA of a 2.0 as outlined in the Student Handbook
• Have paid all University and Housing balances in full by May 10, 2013
