When prompted enter your username in the following format.
nsula\username

Access to web based email requires 128-bit encryption.

For best results use Internet Explorer 6.0 or better.

 If you have problems with Outlook Web Access please try the following. Clear your local cache in Internet Explorer by selecting Tools/Internet Options. On the "General" tab in the "Temporary Internet files" section, press the "Delete Files" button. Leave the "Delete all offline content" option unchecked; it is not necessary, nor recommended, to remove offline content.
