Registering for Classes Online
Log on the Student Web.
Select the Login To Student Services link and log into the system.
Input your Student Identification (ID) and Personal Identification (PIN) numbers.
Student Identification - Your Student Identification (ID) is your Social Security number without the dashes. So the Social Security Number 123-45-6789 would be entered as a constant string of numbers: 123456789.
Personal Identification - Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is your birthday and follows the MMDDYY format. So, for example, if your birthday is January 13, 1976 you would enter 011376 (01-13-76).
Update your Student
Identification (ID) and Personal Identification (PIN) numbers.
After you enter your original ID (social security number) and PIN
(birthdate) a single time, a verification screen will provide you
with your NSU assigned
student identification number and request that you enter a new PIN
number once you entered your old PIN (birthdate) again. Once you've
submitted your
new PIN, the browser will open your account.
Select Add/Drop Courses and enter the call numbers. To search for open sections and call numbers online – visit the Student Web main page and select the Available Course Sections link.
Once you have successfully registered for classes, activate your MyNSU account which is your Blackboard log in and NSU e-mail account.
Log onto Blackboard if you are an online learner.
