The Northwestern State University Interfraternity Council exists to perpetuate the best interests of NSU and the fraternities represented therein. Membership in the Interfraternity Council is comprised of all local undergraduate chapters of national social fraternities that are recognized by the North American Interfraternity Conference or the Fraternity Executives Association. The IFC coordinates formal recruitment each fall for prospective new members, as well does each fraternity participate in year round recruitment during the fall and spring semester. IFC member fraternities, which are currently recognized on campus are listed to the right.
