Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Registration

If your GPA is below a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, please do not proceed with this application. Please email the Panhellenic advisor if you have a question coxr@nsula.edu.

The registration process for recruitment is online*. After you click on the link near the bottom of the page, you will be directed to the first page. The application asks for personal information like your Social Security number, high school/college activities, and other important information.

You need to make sure you have this information handy when you register, because you cannot save your registration session and go back later.

You have to finish the application all the way through. If you time out of your session, your information will not be saved and you will have to start over!

The application fee for sorority recruitment is $25. This can be paid electronically at the end of the online application via e-check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), so have this information ready.

Here is a list of the information you will need to complete the registration process:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Phone #
  • E-mail address (one you regularly check)
  • Residence Hall and Room Number (if known)
  • High school name
  • High school city
  • Year Graduated
  • High School Grade Average (GPA)
  • High School Grade Scale (GPA Scale)
  • Headshot Photo (must be in .jpg format)
  • College GPA (list “0” if not applicable)
  • A list of activities/honors/athletic participation to enter

Important!!!!
You must submit a copy of your high school or college transcript to the Panhellenic Council to finalize your registration. Again, the minimum GPA is a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Please mail your transcript to the following address:

Letters of recommendation are not required to participate in recruitment. However, if someone wishes to write you a letter, please send the letter to the address above with attention to the organization that the letter will be written:
