1. While logged into windows press control+alt+del.
2. Click change password.
3. Enter your old password (current password).
4. Enter a new password.
5. Confirm new password.

I Don’t See the Alpha Icon on My Desktop.
1. Double click My Computer
2. Double click the C drive (Local Disk C)
3. Double click the Program Files folder
4. Double click the Pathworks or PowerTerm folder
5. Locate the pt525 icon –

6. Right click on pt525, Send to, Desktop (create shortcut)
7. Close the window so you can see the desktop
8. Locate the new shortcut that you have just created
9. Right click the new shortcut and click rename
10. Rename to NSU Alpha
11. Open NSU Alpha.
12. If you get Unsupported Operating System, please refer to the link on the
FAQs page to fix the problem.
What Should I Do If I Encounter Unsupported Operating System When Opening the NSU Alpha?
1. Right click on the NSU Alpha icon located on your desktop
2. Click properties
3. Click the Compatibility tab near the top of the window
4. Under Compatibility Mode, check the box next to Run this program in compatibility
mode for:
5. Click the pull down arrow and select Windows 2000
6. Click Ok at the bottom
