Pop-up Windows:
Pop-up windows are mini websites that can load when you enter a page. Some web applications need to open a Pop-up window in order for
you to proceed. You can turn Windows IE Pop-up Blocker on and off by going to
Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off/On Pop-up Blocker.
