PAYMENT
OF REGISTRATION FEES
All
fees and charges assessed by the University in connection with
registration are due in full on scheduled fee payment dates
(June 9-10, 2003).
Students who have been billed and do not pay in full
their cost of attending the University by the last day of fee
payment will be automatically assigned an installment plan and
assessed a non-refundable $45 charge and may be subject to a
$25 (per billing cycle) late payment charge.
METHODS
OF PAYMENT
For exact due dates and/or amounts due, login to your Student Account on the NSU
Website at www2.nsula.edu. Click on
"Login to Student Services." Login with your Student ID and Pin, click on
"Account Summary" and select term.
To
pay by check or money order, mail to Northwestern State University, Cashiering Section,
PO Box 5656, Natchitoches, LA, 71497.
To
pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) on the NSU Website go to
www2.nsula.edu. Click
on "Login to Student Services," login with your Student ID and PIN, click on
"Account Summary" and select term. Print out web receipt for your records.
To
pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) through the mail, send a letter addressed to
Northwestern State University, PO Box 5656, Natchitoches, LA, 71497 and include the following information:
1)
Your Name
2) Social Security Number
3) Telephone Number
4) Amount of Payment
5) Type of Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
6) Credit Card Number
7) Expiration Date
8) Cardholder’s Name if different from student
9) Your signature and current date along with a statement that says “I
authorize NSU to charge the above payment to my account.”
Payment
will not be posted until the card transaction is authorized by the appropriate
Authorization Center. Upon request a receipt will be forwarded to the
student's address.

have your credit card available for reference.
