The Information Technology meeting met on Monday, December 6, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. in Kyser Hall, Room 429.

The agenda was handed out; Dr. Anthony Scheffler called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Dr. Scheffler proceeded to explain the purpose of the meeting and the task of evaluating the grant proposals for Student Technology. He explained the increase of monies available for the current year.

At this time each chairperson was identified and given grants that the chair and members of each group were to evaluate. Each group included four to five people, (faculty, staff and a student). Each chair was directed to contact all individuals, after the meeting, in their respective group to discuss the grant proposals and rate them accordingly.

Because of the distance between individuals it was decided if need be chairpersons would meet on December 8, 1999 over compressed video.

The next meeting was scheduled for December 13, 1999 at 3:00, all scores and ratings of grant proposals are due from each chairperson at this time. Only chairpersons of each group will need to attend the Dec. 13th meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 4:30.
