NATCHITOCHES-All Northwestern State University alumni and friends are invited to "Come Tunkin'" as the NSU Alumni Association hosts the annual Northwestern Night for all central Louisiana alumni, beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Tunk's Cypress Inn on Kincaid Lake.
"We will celebrate the fall with Jimbo's specialties roast pig, gumbo, seafood and music," said Chris Maggio, Director of Alumni and Development. "Please come join President Randall Webb as we get together with area friends and graduates of NSU."
The cost of the meal is $10 per person and a cash bar will be available. Because of increased participation, the event will be held in the upstairs banquet room at Tunk's.
Representatives from various departments of NSU will be present, including personnel from the Admissions Office who welcome recommendations of potential students and scholarship considerations.
