NATCHITOCHES - Northwestern State University's Alumni Association will host an Acadiana Alumni Seafood Extravaganza on Tuesday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Gator Cove Crawfish House in Broussard.

Northwestern graduates from Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, Vermillion and St. Mary Parishes are encouraged to attend.

NSU administrators including President Randall J. Webb, Alumni Affairs Director Steve Horton, Enrollment Services Director Chris Maggio and Athletic Director Greg Burke will be on hand for the event.

For $25 per person, alumni can enjoy a Cajun buffet of boiled crawfish, fried catfish and crawfish etouffe. Reservations and payment must be made no later than Monday, May 18 to guarantee a seat.

During the gathering, a discussion on future activities of the Acadiana Alumni Chapter including student recruiting, scholarship and financial aid will be held.

Gator Cove Crawfish House is located on Highway 90 between Lafayette and New Iberia near Southpark Industrial Park.
