NATCHITOCHES - Northwestern State University's newly formed Demon Aquatic Club offers several programs for children and adults throughout the year.
Water exercise classes for adults will begin June 5 in Nesom Natatorium. Classes are offiered at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. and meet three days a week.
The classes include deep and shallow exercise, modified to meet the students' needs. Each class is directed by certified instructors.
Annual registration fee is $25. A person enrolling in June would pay only half of that amount. The monthly fee is $15.
The Demon Aquatic Club also offers developmental swimming for kids, fitness swimming for all ages and swim lessons for children and adults.
