NATCHITOCHES- All Northwestern State University alumni and friends are invited to the annual Baton Rouge Alumni Night, to be held Thursday, Feb. 17 at Mike Anderson's Seafood Restaurant. NSU President Dr. Randall J. Webb, representatives from athletics, NSU faculty and staff will be present to offer an update on current happenings at Northwestern.

"Last year's event was a lot of fun as over 90 NSU alumni gathered to reminisce about the good times they had at Normal, NSC or NSU," said Dr. Chris Maggio, director of Alumni and Development. "This year we would like an even bigger crowd, so call up an old friend and invite them to come."

A social hour with cash bar is planned from 6-7 p.m. the meal will be served at 7 p.m. The cost of the meal is $15, with a choice of four entrees with side dishes.

"We have a number of Northwestern alumni in the Baton Rouge area. We want to continue to strengthen our Baton Rouge chapter and our presence in that area," Maggio said.

Anyone interested in attending should RSVP and send in the cost of the meal by Friday, Feb. 11. Checks can be made payable to the NSU Alumni Association.
