FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NATCHITOCHES - Northwestern State faculty members Terrie Sanders, Michael Rorex and Christine Burczyk Allen will present a recital Friday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m. in Magale Recital Hall. Admission is free and open to the public.

Sanders, an assistant professor of voice, will sing art songs by Samuel Barber, Franz Schubert, and Fernando Obradors. She will also be performing Andrew Lloyd Webber's Pie Jesu with her son Bayden Sanders, a fifth grader at Winnfield Intermediate School.

Rorex, an assistant professor of voice, will perform selections by Giuseppe Verdi, Alessandro Stradella, Franz Liszt and Gabriel Faure. He will also sing a section of spirituals.

Allen, an assistant professor of piano, will provide accompaniment.
