FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NATCHITOCHES - Northwestern State University's Office of Continuing Education will offer a workshop, "Debt-Free and Prosperous Living," Thursday, March 19 from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. in Room 205 of Kyser Hall. The fee for the class is $34 plus a $5 workbook. An optional $39 textbook is also available.
According to Linda Kramer, president of Back-in-the-Black and instructor for the course, the seminar will teach participants how to get completely out of debt. Those taking the workshop will learn methods of financial management and spending smarter techniques that explain how to operate 100 percent on cash, never using credit. Kramer says the seminar will also instruct students how to build retirement wealth with the money that would have been spent on debt payments.
Kramer is a Certified Financial Consultant and author of three books. Her latest book is "Debt is a Four-Letter-Word." Kramer has more than 25 years of successful business and financial experience. She frequently appears on radio and television and teaches workshops around the country.
"The workshops show step-by-step how a person can pay off every penny of their debt by using a critical path formula," said Kramer. "All credit cards, car loans and even your mortgage can be paid off in three to seven years, using the techniques I have learned."
Participants will leave the seminar with a complete individualized debt elimination plan that shows how to pay off your bills.
