"The songs will be ones that everyone will recognize. It will be a toe-tapping good time," said Demuynck. "We tried to pick a wide variety of works, so that there would be something to please anyone."
The Bill Causey Big Band has been one of the premier jazz orchestras of the mid-south for more than two decades. The band performs from a musical library that includes both the old favorites from the 1930's and 40's and the best music from the talented arrangers of today. The band will include NSU alumnus Mike Williams, the lead trumpet for the Count Basie Orchestra.
