NATCHITOCHES -Students from 47 area high schools competed in the annual Northwest Louisiana High School Literary Rally, held at Northwestern State University recently. Tests were given in 48 subject areas, according to Rally Secretary Rebecca Boone. The rally, one of the oldest and largest in Louisiana, is held each year to qualify academically talented students for the state competition at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge on April 21.
