NATCHITOCHES- Northwestern State University's Office of Admissions and College of Nursing will hold an informational program for high school students Thursday, Feb. 21 in Shreveport. The event will be held at NSU's Nursing Education Center at1800 Line Avenue.
Registration will begin at 6 p.m. with a program starting at 6:30 p.m.
Representatives from each of Northwestern's academic colleges will be available to provide academic and financial aid information.
Northwestern is the only public university Louisiana to obtain 100 percent accreditation of eligible academic programs. The university also provides more than 120 student organizations to give students the opportunity to become involved in activities outside the classroom.
