NATCHITOCHES - The Division of Continuing Education at Northwestern State University will hold a "Stress Buster Management Seminar" Saturday, Oct. 13 from 9 a.m. until noon in Room 224 of Russell Hall. The fee for the seminar is $45. The course is designed for those 15 and over.

Instructor Bob Lane will teach participants an easy and effortless way to shed needless tension and stress with relaxation techniques anyone can use. The techniques are designed to increase productivity and improve self-esteem.
