Dorothy joined the SBDC from the NSU College of Business in
May. She received a BS from Southern University and a MBA from the University of
Wisconsin. She has been an instructor at NSU for over 11 years, teaching
introduction to business, finance and economics classes. She has also taught
corporate finance, financial statement analysis, and personnel management. She has
worked on projects including Analyzing Corporate Reports, Cash Flow Analysis, Profit and
Loss, Ratio Analysis, and Leverage.
Dorothy also has worked as an insurance specialist,
tax consultant, and research and financial analyst. She will remain on faculty in
the College of Business and work in the SBDC.
