Frances joined the SBDC staff in September, 1998. She
received her Masters of Business Administration from NSU in 1993. She is a certified
Professional Community Developer and a member of LIDEA and the Professional Women's
Exchange. Frances has special experience with non-profit organizations, strategic
planning, marketing, community organization and technical writing. She assists businesses
in conducting research, preparing business plans, cash flow projections, and market area
analysis.
