Purpose: To provide current information to update knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals providing care. Objectives: At the conclusion of this conference, participants should be able to: 1. Assess learning needs of a specific population. 2. Discuss the characteristics of the adult learner. 3. Design and implement an effective teaching program based on measurable, behavioral objectives. 4. Construct and implement appropriate evaluation tools to assess teaching effectiveness. Target Audience : Registered Nurses and Licensed practical Nurses teaching in Certified Nursing assistant Programs
