Report any lost or stolen cards to the One Card office immediately at 357-5131.

You may also suspend your Speed Demon Account 24 hours a day using your NSU Portal Account and password.

LOG ON TO PORTAL TO DEACTIVATE SPEED DEMON CARD

By deactivating your NSU Speed Demon Card you will freeze your Meal Plan, your Speed Demon Account, and access to your assigned residence hall until you come to the NSU Speed Demon Office in Room 152 of the Student Union to reactivate your card.

This site cannot be utilized to reactivate a card.  You must come to the NSU Speed Demon Office in person with a valid photo identification card in order to have your ID card reactivated or another NSU ID card issued.

 Be sure to bring a valid driver's license, passport, or military ID for proof of identification.

The replacement fee for a student card is $20.00. If you have put your card on hold and you do find it, you must come by the One Card Office in person to have the hold removed. There is no charge to have your card reactivated.

**If you have a Peoples State Bank linked to your NSU Speed Demon Card you must also report your
lost or stolen card to Peoples State Bank at 1-800-988-8516 24 hours a day

Cards that are reported stolen may not be subjected to the $20.00 replacement cost if an official Police Report can be provided at the time a new card is made.
