The Physical plant department holds the responsibility to plan, develop, and implement capital projects for all university facilities to maintain a safe and attractive campus enviroment.

The department requires simples rules that must be followed to request and schedule a projects. First, a department must secure funds for a project, meet with Physical Plant personnel to discuss the project, draft designs and work with campus administrators to set a priority for the project.
