Planning & Construction

The Physical plant department holds the responsibility to plan, develop, and implement capital projects for all university facilities to maintain a safe and attractive campus environment.

Project Planning Procedures:

1.  Submit a project request form to initialize the planning phase of the project.

• Request must include all signatory approvals
• Budget account to charge project cost

2.  Meet with Physical Plant Personnel to begin the planning progress.

3.  Review plans and begin discussions for a timeline.
