Unit Objectives
University Goal #1: To create and maintain a responsive, student-oriented environment.
Objective 1: To actively elicit feedback from internal and external constituents to guide the University in decision-making processes.
Objective 2: To foster an environment of dignity and respect where those served feel valued.

Objective 2: To link the University assessment cycle, strategic planning, and budgeting to support the mission, vision, values, and goals.
University Goal #3: To enhance institutional viability through effective enrollment management.
Objective 1: To support University compliance with the recommendations provided by the Noel-Levitz enrollment management and retention consultants.
Objective 2: To provide the structure and leadership needed to successfully carry out the enrollment management plan and the retention plan at NSU to increase retention and completion rates.
University Goal #4: To promote economic development, community service, and an improved quality of life in the region.
Objective 1: To seek, identify, and lead in the development of partnerships between NSU, business and industry, and other institutions of higher education.
Objective 2: To encourage and support the involvement of faculty/staff in improving the quality of life the region.
