Abstract
This thesis presents a representation of Friedrich
Nietzsche's Ubermensch from
the perspective of the Ubermensch
as if he existed in contemporary society. It is written in first person
as if an Ubermensch had
written it himself; the unorthodox voice and style of the thesis is
intended to supply the reader with a clearer understanding of the
philosophy of Nietzsche's Ubermensch.
The thesis is an example of what a modern Ubermensch would think and write,
and it includes a chronology of Nietzsche's life, an introduction, four
chapters, one chapter of aphorisms, and a conclusion. The thesis covers
the wide range of ethical topics discussed by Nietzsche such as
religion, morality, sociopolitical philosophy, the will to power, and
the eternal recurrence.
