Abstract

Modern algebra is the area of pure math that studies the fundamental structures of mathematical systems. One such structure is a group. Multiplicative number-theoretic functions form a group under the operation defined as convolution, and there are formulas for the direct computation of some number theoretic functions. Formulas for the convolution squares of three such functions are derived and presented.
