Dr. Keith Dromm
Associate Professor of Philosophy

While considering himself a generalist in philosophy, Keith Dromm specializes in 20th century analytic philosophy, especially the philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein, philosophy of knowledge, and applied ethics. He has further interests in such areas as philosophy in literature, philosophy of art, and philosophy of love. Before coming to the Scholars' College, Keith taught at universities in Arizona, Idaho, and Ohio.

Keith has presented papers at conferences and universities throughout the United States and in Europe. He has published articles in such journals as the History of Philosophy Quarterly, the British Journal for the History of Philosophy, and the Journal of Applied Philosophy.

In addition to philosophy courses, Dr. Dromm teaches in the Texts and Traditions sequence. He has also developed some unique interdisciplinary courses for the college, including Love and Tyranny and the Philosophy of Film.
