Dick S. Payne Memorial Scholarship
The Dick S. Payne Memorial Scholarship is awarded each year for the students junior or senior year. To qualify the student must be a Political Science major and be interested in the Supreme Court and/or pre-law. In addition the student should be a Louisiana resident. The scholarship provides $100 each for the fall and spring semester. An application should be completed by February 15 of the student's sophomore or junior year. Send the application to:
