Preparing practitioners for careers in student affairs administration in higher education, the 48 semester hour program in Student Personnel Services at NSU has been offered since 1965. Alumni of the program are working throughout the US in financial aid, admissions, housing, orientation, judicial affairs, student activities, athletics/intramurals as well as deans and vice presidents. The program offers students both theoretical based courses and an experiential component including practicum and internship experiences in higher education settings of the student’s choice.
