Text Box: Purpose The TRIO Dissemination Partnership Program enables the TRIO project at NSU - Student Support Services - to work with Community Colleges throughout the state of Louisiana to serve low-income, first-generation college students at Community Colleges that do not have TRIO Grants.  The project between NSU and its Community College partners focuses on replicating or adapting successful TRIO program components, practices, strategies, and activities to assist increasing the retention and graduation rates of students at Community Colleges.
