Unit Objectives (2004-2005)
University Goal #1:
To create and maintain a responsive, student-oriented environment.
Objective 1: To improve cleanliness of common areas in student
dormitories.
Objective 2: To create and maintain a safe environment.
University Goal #2: To provide programs, services, and operations
throughout the University of high quality and effectiveness.
Objective 1: Assure quarterly safety meetings are conducted that is
beneficial to faculty/staff.
Objective 2: To make revisions in the Minority Affairs/Cultural Diversity Program to meet the needs of minority students.
University Goal #3: To enhance institutional viability through
effective enrollment management.
Objective 1: To identify and establish services to ease the transition
for minority students during their first semester at our university.
Objective 2: To improve the aesthetics appearance of the campus.
University Goal #4: To promote economic development, community
service, and an improved quality of life in the region.
Objective 1: University facilities will be clean and properly maintained.
Objective 2: To promote pride in University facilities.
