Welcome to the Office of Planning & Assessment

 

The Office of Planning, Assessment, and EEO is primarily responsible for University planning, educational assessment, institutional research, academic department accreditation support, EEO/Affirmative Action policy and procedure, and organization of the SACS reaffirmation process.

 

The purpose of this office is to serve Northwestern State University by providing information in a timely, accurate, and relevant manner to assist all units in decision-making, planning, and accreditation endeavors. The staff is dedicated to serving the campus in affirmative action activities and EEO procedures. In addition, the office of Planning, Assessment, and EEO serves as the liaison for the 2007 SACS reaffirmation effort.

 

In all of its activities, the office will ensure confidentiality of information and assure that this information is released only to appropriate individuals and groups in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
