Planning

Under the direction of the Associate Provost, the Office of Planning, Assessment, and EEO assists in the development of the University Strategic Plan. This effort is conducted in coordination with assessment and budgeting activities. Data obtained from campus-wide assessment guides the strategic planning and budgeting processes in support of the University mission, vision, values, and goals. This process is intended to align all University units and create a culture of evidence, on which to base planning, on NSU’s campus. In addition, the necessary tools are designed and provided throughout the planning process in order to provide structure and support. This office assists the President in the development of the University mission, vision, values, and goals and in seeking Board approval of such.
