Army ROTC students are scholars, athletes, and leaders with a desire to learn. ROTC is offered as a complement to your regular college classes and permits you to pursue almost any major you choose. You can take Army ROTC elective courses as part of a four-year program, an advanced two-year program, or just a few classes to see if you will like the program. Your college education, combined with the leadership skills you develop, will help you stand out and will ensure you start life after college with a tremendous advantage.

Army ROTC focuses on leadership development. When you graduate from college, and complete Army ROTC, you will be commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard. As an Army officer, you will belong to one of this country’s most respected institutions, responsible for making decisions, planning strategy, overcoming challenges, and leading and motivating Soldiers.
