Master of Arts in Art

Welcome to the graduate program in the Department of Fine + Graphic Arts.

Students seeking graduate degrees may earn a Master of Arts (MA) in Art through one of two programs. Our on-campus, face to face program offers assistantships and other financial aid opportunities to qualified students. While our low-residency online program allows working students the opportunity to earn a master’s degree with limited on-campus contact. One four-week summer residency during the month of July is required for this online degree option. Online students may return to campus to host their culminating graduate exhibition or may ship their work to be displayed at the appropriate time. The Master of Art is a 33-hour program for both tracts.
