M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Reading (504E)

The Master of Education (M.Ed.) program in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Reading is designed for elementary, middle or secondary teachers who desire to work with students with reading competencies. This program enhances their instructional expertise as well as adding a Reading specialist endorsement to their Louisiana teaching certificate.

Prerequisites for this program include a valid teaching license as well as admission to the graduate school.

Degree requirements for this program and concentration include 12 hours of foundation coursework; 12 hours of support and application coursework; and 12 hours of concentration coursework.
