NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Shreveport campus, located at 1800 Line Ave., will resume operations on Thursday, March 5. Regularly scheduled classes, labs, clinical experiences, office operations and student services will resume. Faculty, staff and students should report to campus and other assigned learning sites as scheduled and are encouraged to bring bottled water for drinking.
Campus operations were modified earlier this week due to a water main break that impacted the City of Shreveport municipal water system. Shreveport city leaders have reported that water pressure is steadily improving across the city.
