NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Eta Mu chapter of Phi Beta Delta, the honor society for international scholars, held an induction ceremony April 19. New student and faculty members Dr. Christopher Lyles, Irene Gomez, Natailia Beardsley, Dexteria King, Timothy Bratt, Craig Caskey, Anthony Franklin, Punam Khadka and Lisa Doney.
Edgar Martinez, director of NSU’s Elevate U program, was guest speaker with a presentation titled “From Mexico City to the U.S.: My Journey and Lessons Learned.”
The Eta Mu chapter was chartered in 2010 and in 2020 as awarded the Eileen Evans Outstanding Chapter Award.
