- Visit the NSU Student Accounting or One Card office (3rd floor, Student Services Building).
- Submit the NSU EFT Form by mail or fax:

When Will I Get My Money?
- Bank of Montgomery Debit Card Option: Refunds available the same day disbursed (around 4:30 p.m.).
- Any Other Bank: Deposits typically post in 1–2 business days.
- Mailed Checks: May take up to 7 days (or 14 days during Federal holidays).
