NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Student Government Association will hold a Patriot Day ceremony beginning at 7:46 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11 at the Caspari Hall/Student Services Center flagpole.
“This event will honor the lives lost in the September 11 attacks and include lowering the flags to half-staff, the National Anthem and reflections of remembrance,” according to Camilia Adger, a spokeswoman for the SGA.
The event is sponsored by SGA, NSU ROTC and the Dear School of Creative and Performing Arts.
