Innovation Park will serve as a high-visibility entrance to Natchitoches from Interstate 49, anchoring the revitalized Campus Edge District along University Parkway. This dynamic development will feature a state-of-the-art Makerspace, a Business Development Center, and flexible conference and meeting space designed to support entrepreneurs, students, and the community.
The project aligns with the City of Natchitoches Master Plan, enhancing connectivity between key destinations including Northwestern State University, the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA), the historic downtown district, and the medical corridor. Innovation Park is designed to spark economic growth, attract investment, and build a more vibrant, walkable, and united community.
