The deadline for submissions to the 18th Annual Louisiana Studies Conference has been extended to July 31, 2026.
The Louisiana Studies Conference brings together scholars, writers, and cultural authorities to celebrate and examine Louisiana’s rich heritage. Hosted annually at Northwestern State University, this free, public event features presentations, performances, and discussions exploring Louisiana’s literature, history, music, folklore, and more.

Fee for Conference presenters: $50.00. Registration fees must be paid online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/LSCWEB
