Summer Field School

The 2026 3D Digital Summer Field School was held May 25-June 5, 2026. During that time student participants made 3D models of First Baptist Church North, 512 Sibley St, 820 Levy St, and Abundant Life Church. Students also collected oral histories about the sites and documenting grave markers in Jackson Square Cemetery.

During that time student participants made 3D models of the Catanese Store, John Gideon Lewis House, Winnfield Coffin Factory, and First Baptist Church Amulet. Students also collected oral histories about the sites and documenting grave markers in Jackson Square Cemetery.

During that time student participants made 2D models of the Morgan Hotel, Texas & Pacific Railway Depot, Asbury United Methodist Church, Dawn of Light Masonic Lodge. Students also collected oral histories about the sites and began documenting grave markers in Jackson Square Cemetery.
