Incoming Item Arrival Times:
USPS items available for pickup by 10:00 am. Federal Express and UPS arrive any time between 10:00 am & 2:00 pm and are usually available for pickup approximately 60 minutes after they are dropped off to us. Amazon delivery times vary from day to day and can be as early as 9:00 am or as late as 4:30pm.
Mail Forwarding:
NSU Mail Services will provide mail-forwarding service to students currently renting a NSU Post Office Box. This service begins on May 18th and continues until July 2nd, 2026. It is strongly recommended that you notify anyone sending you mail your change of address and the effective date. Mail received by NSU Postal Services after Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, will be returned to sender unless you have an active mailbox with NSU.
Please be aware that in accordance with USPS rules, magazines, standard mail and other classes of mail such as Media Mail may not be forwarded or may be forwarded with postage due. Additionally, mail cannot be forwarded outside of the United States. Please also be aware that United Parcel Service, Amazon and Federal Express do not allow forwarding. Any packages we receive from those carriers during the Summer will be returned to sender unless you have an active mailbox with us.
