In celebration of National Manufacturing Month, Northwestern State University’s Department of Engineering Technology will host its 9th Annual Engineering Technology Symposium. Regional manufacturers will share insights about their companies and STEM career opportunities, while hands-on problem-solving activities will engage high school seniors and college students.

 

Since 2017, the ET Symposium has brought together academia, industry, and workforce development professionals to discuss emerging workforce and industry needs. This year’s theme, “Engineering the Future Workforce,” will highlight collaboration, innovation, and career opportunities in engineering and advanced manufacturing.
