The University Programming Council (UPC) is a student-led organization at Northwestern State University dedicated to creating memorable experiences and building community through campus events. From concerts and comedians to homecoming celebrations, movie nights, and cultural showcases, UPC makes campus life vibrant, inclusive, and fun.

What We Do

UPC is the heartbeat of student life at NSU, offering a full calendar of events each semester. Highlights include:
